It is a nice place to work. Big offices and nice environments. People are all friendly, and amenities like a gym and kitchen areas are available at many places, on one floor itself. People are not too demanding. But I guess it depends from team to team.
More of an instructional kind of environment. Innovative ideas are not welcomed. But as it is a big shot in the industry, it has processes and procedures going on with it, rather than mere concerns about people and teams.
