If someone is joining Accenture as a fresher, they are supposed to go through Green Field Training (GFT). In GFT, it's totally random to allocate technology to trainees. Accenture does not care for its trainees' passion towards any specific technology, nor does it ask for any preference. I had a deep passion for Java, but currently, I'm working in mainframe.
While allocating technology during GFT, candidates' preferences should be asked.
The first round will be an online assessment, which will include aptitude and some technical questions from cloud and MS Word. After clearing the test, there will be two coding questions. After clearing these rounds, there will be an online interview
