Lack of associate understanding, and being fired for no reason or a technically framed situation is a common thing here.
Don't fire people without knowing what they could have done for the company. I myself could have done an utter lot for this, as my capabilities are exceptional. But the company doesn't seem to recognize the benefit and talent of an individual properly.
