Getting respect for each and every individual. There is no domination between higher individual and minimum level employees.
Not getting proper recognition at the right time. Disappointed with the designation allotted.

I cleared up to all four rounds, but I was still rejected even after the HR round went so well. I have no idea why. This made me hate their interview process.
