Accenture has multiple projects in a wide range of applications, for example, the banking domain, telecommunication, and insurance.
The compensation is high compared to other small companies. Onshore opportunities will depend on the project you are working on.
The work environment is friendly, and the management also helps in keeping the resources in good situations. You will get 7 sick leaves in a year, and approximately 2 days' leave will be added every month.
Some projects have very stressful periods.
Some policies will not help certain types of people (e.g., BSc graduates, etc.).
