Great people, interesting projects, good corporate culture. It is a good place to work overall. It's especially a good place to start a career since the name and brand of Accenture is so widely known. I don't work there anymore, but people still know who Accenture is if I mention the company.
Working for Solutions, I'd say that the salary was not very good. I left to make ends meet a little more. Consulting gets higher salaries, and if I had to do it all over again, that's the division I'd apply for.
Your experience at Accenture depends highly on the project. You could end up thinking Accenture is a horrible place to work because you put in 17-hour days, or that it's a great place because you work 8-hour days. I had both experiences while working there, once even working until 2 AM four days straight.
