It's pretty good overall in service-based companies. Some of the perks are:
- There are no issues in taking leaves.
- It's a good career starting point in service-based companies.
- Work hours depend on the project, but it's mostly flexible. I can't say for all projects, but only what I have seen.
Cons are:
- Pay is not up to the mark as per the work you'll do.
- For freshers, you'll get a random stream and you'll work on a project according to that.
- For freshers, you cannot change your base location until 2 years of employment.

Associate Software Engineer
Interviewer was nice, helped me throughout the interview. Questions asked were easy to mid-level, frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, React) based on resume. Focus on core concepts, also optimization and memory management.
