Pay at entry level is really low and promotions are restricted, depending on supervisor and location. Overall, senior managers should be more involved with employees.
Senior managers should be more involved with employees and provide opportunities to grow with the company in the long run.

Interviewer was nice, helped me throughout the interview. Questions asked were easy to mid-level, frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, React) based on resume. Focus on core concepts, also optimization and memory management.
