The biggest advantage was the hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP environments and monitoring tools. The learning process was well-structured, backed by SOPs and internal documentation. KT sessions and daily collaboration helped build both technical and communication skills. Working on tasks related to digital transformation and cloud readiness also added great value to the overall experience.
Initially, there were some access restrictions, which made the first few weeks more observation-based. The role was mostly operations-focused, so there was limited involvement in application-level development or coding. Also, since project scopes vary, the experience may differ depending on team or client alignment.
Interviewer was nice, helped me throughout the interview. Questions asked were easy to mid-level, frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, React) based on resume. Focus on core concepts, also optimization and memory management.
Multiple rounds, overall easy. On-campus placement was smooth, but the joining was too late. The interview process had many internal examinations as well, which we must clear to be eligible for a project assignment.
They ask questions from the resume. Read the projects in depth: what technology you used, what challenges you faced. They also ask some behavioral questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses.
