Payscale is not very good. The type of work done depends on the project you get into.
Mid-year appraisals should be brought back. ASEs should be promoted upon completing a year, not by checking whether they fall in the cycle or not. (An ASE who joined in October 2017 will not be eligible for appraisal or promotion by December 2018).
Interviewer was nice, helped me throughout the interview. Questions asked were easy to mid-level, frontend (HTML, CSS, JS, React) based on resume. Focus on core concepts, also optimization and memory management.
Multiple rounds, overall easy. On-campus placement was smooth, but the joining was too late. The interview process had many internal examinations as well, which we must clear to be eligible for a project assignment.
