Can have very long bench periods. May not consider your preferred location. The chances of getting cross-trained due to long periods on the bench are very high.
There is a lack of coordination between the teams responsible for conducting training and the team responsible for allocating resources to various projects, as they may train you in a technology that they do not require.

It was conducted online. The interviewer was very calm and cool. He asked for my introduction, my academics, the work that I did in student bodies at college, about my projects (very important), certifications, and why I wanted to join Accenture.
