It was a group interview with 5 candidates, and mostly behavioral questions were asked. The questions were really simple and generic, like "Would you like to relocate?" or "How would you rate yourself as a leader on a scale of 1-5?"

The selection process includes three rounds: * An aptitude and coding test. * A communication assessment, which evaluates our communication abilities. * A final interview to evaluate overall suitability for the position.

I applied online and received an online schedule for a technical exam. The technical exam has a deadline and requires devices such as laptops or smartphones with working cameras and microphones.
