Es una empresa para empezar. Uno o dos años después hay que irse. Tiene de bueno que con secundario y algún curso puedes entrar y te capacitan los mismos empleados aunque no sepas nada. Es un garrón para el que estudió y termina entrando a la par de esa gente que está a otro nivel.
Está muy por debajo en salarios en comparación al mercado y lo tratan de compensar con beneficios. La gente quiere la plata en mano y se termina yendo por el salario, básicamente.
