From there, we can go through "obligatory" extra working hours (at least the corporation pays), an horrible wage between above the base level (Programmer with +2 years of experience) to middle management (therefore a disastrous middle management), uncertified courses which are terribly teached (due the speaker is probably an employee with 2 or 3 years of IT experience), over-bureaucratized work, benefits that are a joke, union persecution, and bonuses/promotions given because socials instead of merit.
Raise wages, employ people who know what they are doing, give certificated training, and improve benefits.
