Pros

It's the perfect company to start because of the starting salary versus lack of experience. Just this, no other pros, besides a work-from-home day.

Cons

Where to start?

Accenture has terrible management.

From there, we can go through "obligatory" extra working hours (at least the corporation pays), an horrible wage between above the base level (Programmer with +2 years of experience) to middle management (therefore a disastrous middle management), uncertified courses which are terribly teached (due the speaker is probably an employee with 2 or 3 years of IT experience), over-bureaucratized work, benefits that are a joke, union persecution, and bonuses/promotions given because socials instead of merit.

Advice to Management

Raise wages, employ people who know what they are doing, give certificated training, and improve benefits.
