Great benefits, HMO, work-life balance.
Workload, weekend support, sometimes having rush deadlines, and working hours.
For Campus Placement, the AMCAT test was conducted, followed by one small HR round. They asked about yourself and the project that you submitted in college. After that, you got a message stating that you cleared the interview.
I was good related to projects. Some basic technical questions were asked, your strengths and weaknesses, a self-intro, and challenges faced in the project. How you overcame them overall, the interview process was good.
The interviewer was very friendly, and the interview was about 25 minutes long. He asked general questions, nothing technical. It was a great experience, as it was one of my first few interviews. I want my future interviews to be similar to it.
