It was focused on my skills, my previous work experiences, my knowledge about IT, and what languages I previously used. It was just a short phone interview that focuses on these areas.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. Easy interview, basic questions about yourself and technical skills. Just be confident, the HR doesn't seem to understand or want to understand your answers especially if you go technical with your answers
