Great experience, although training will not teach you that much; you can ask your colleagues. Great clients. Being process-oriented keeps you on track. Onshore opportunities exist if you are good enough and clients like you.
At my level, salary is just OK, a little on the low side. Admin tasks take away your hours – good for management, bad for employees. Even if you are performing well, opportunities for promotion are always annual.
Salary should be competitive, and administrative tasks should be compensated.
