WORST APPLICATION PROCESS Accenture Manila
None. None. None. None. None. Period!
I was hoping my application would go further because I passed all of the assessments and was emailed that I would be proceeding to an interview. The worst thing about it is that they haven't specified when my interview will be.
Even worse, I was shocked by the status of my application, which I just recently discovered on the Workday website. It was indicated as "No longer under consideration" without informing me or sending an email notifying me of the situation, as well as the reason why I would not be proceeding.
I've waited for weeks, and no one has messaged me.
It makes me think that this kind of company is one of the worst companies ever.
I will not recommend Accenture to any of my friends, especially to those knowledgeable in the IT industry, since this company has never been worth it.
For those who are planning to apply: Don't ever try. It is so disappointing!
You should game up your application process. It is time-consuming, and there are IT industries that are way better than this not-good company.
