It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)

The hiring process was smooth and fast. The first stage is a phone call interview, followed by an exam (reasoning and language test), then an HR interview or final interview. If you pass all that, the next step is the job offer.

The year was 2011, and I'm just sharing this experience from more than a decade back. The hiring process included a computer-based exam (logic, math, English), if I still remember correctly. After the computer-based exam, there was an HR interview. O
