I was contacted and interviewed through a phone call. I was asked about the different programming languages I know and how proficient I am with them. I was asked to rate on a scale of 1-10.

Short and concise, mostly yes or no questions. The interviewer will ask for background and experience, a personality test, and what things you prefer. The interviewer will ask about what place you are comfortable working and questions about the com

They respond within a month, but they always take too long because they have so many applicants. It does look like a mid-tier company, though, but great for those who have no work experience.
