I cannot talk about the whole company, but my team was great! As a fresher, I was entrusted with some critical responsibilities and received appreciation for my work.
If you are a fresher, you need to complete TechLeap in order to be promoted. Otherwise, you are stuck in the same position for 2 years, irrespective of how well you perform.
The exit process was a mess, and my relieving letter was not released until 2 months after my last working day (after numerous emails and escalations).
I wish the tech leap exam was not the defining criteria to judge how well a fresher was performing.
