I gave the interview through my college. Accenture is a mass recruiter. The criteria was a GPA of 6 and above. There was only one round of interview, post which we received our offer letters. Salary was predefined; there were no negotiations.

Majorly focused on HR concepts, not so much technically inclined. They are just checking whether you have the zeal to be a coder and can perform well in their training.
