The freedom to try out things if you're lucky enough to get into an implementation project. The end-to-end exposure one gets on complex technical activities is great as well.
The management doesn't always back their resources, and sometimes indulges in pointing fingers. The performance review process isn't always accurate, and no one takes accountability in case a wrong call is made.
Some degree of equality is required between peers at the same level performing different roles in different projects.
More emphasis also needs to be given on the overall development of employees and stress management.
