Company provides onsite opportunities in some projects, like all other IT giants. Job security is high. The Accenture brand looks great on the CV. Clients are huge Fortune 500 companies. A project with good technologies can be a really great learning experience.
Extremely bad work-life balance. There is no proper planning from the manager's side in 99% of projects.
Either you will be completely underutilized, idling away your time on the bench, or they will suck out every drop of blood within you with 12-hour workdays and weekend office.
All this for no extra pay. They won't even buy you lunch. Also, getting a good project depends completely on luck.
Please value your employees and adjust salaries with inflation.
