I applied through a referral and after two weeks, they notified me about my assessment. After almost two weeks, I was interviewed. It has been three weeks since my interview, and I still don't know the update on my application.

It consists of the usual pre-assessment exams such as aptitude, logic, and math exams. Then they will test your English skills. It is an average pre-assessment process, but they surely know who will pass. Even some of the smartest can fail.

The selection consisted of three rounds: an online coding and aptitude test, a communication test, and one Tech+HR interview round. The interview round was easy, but the deciding factors were your confidence and past academic results.
