There was an HR interview where they asked some situation-based questions about the project and the role I played in it. They also asked how I convinced my team members to work in a united way during the project.

There was an aptitude round which was of average difficulty. Then they had a technical cum HR interview. In that, only project-related questions were asked. It is not at all difficult to crack these interviews.
