It's best if you land up in a good project under a good manager
- Very good work culture.
- Great platform for freshers.
- Good learning experience for freshers.
- Good to start your career with.
- Some projects are really good, as was mine. But if you land up in a support project, then may God bless you
- Salary for freshers. This is the only reason you will try for other opportunities.
- Long working hours. Sometimes weekend work, but comp off is provided, so it's not a big deal.
Should make some changes in policies to retain talent.
