Accenture is a big brand name. The opportunity to grow in Accenture is more than in any other company in India.
While working at Accenture, I feel the working hours are more than at any other similar company.
We work for 10 hours daily, and most of the time, we need to extend. No other benefits are given to employees for these stretches.
Management should take care of the employees in such a way that there is no need to stretch late nights. Work should be divided in such a manner that one person shall not feel burdened.
Other things: Please raise the salaries of employees, especially ASEs. They get much less than other similar companies.
