The type of work outsourced to India is not at all helpful for your career. Some of the managers are the worst; seeing them will demotivate you, and such people are going to rate you. It's a good company for those who can't get a job anywhere, like many electronics people. For good IT people, it's not a good company.
Take into account what the freshers are interested in. If you place them in a job they are not interested in, they cannot give their 100%.
