Good Culture, Rules Confuse
Work culture is excellent. Support is also good. Great place to work.
It is a great place to work. It refers only to B.Tech guys who join as a fresher, and also for experienced persons.
Not good for a bachelor's degree guy to start with, as there are so many rule changes, and no one knows when they will make a new rule when it comes for your hike and promotion.
Please treat BTECH and Bachelor's Degree candidates equally; it will be good for the company.
