I have heard there are better people here than at other Indian IT companies and MNCs. Good food and clean workspaces.
No creative work (only if you are lucky and not at all talent-based opportunities). Lots of politics. Central HR control over ratings is terrible. It seems like people do not care about creating cool/advanced software.
Needs major policy changes and paradigm shifts.
