Aptitude is the first round, which is in college. Coding is the second round, which is also in college. Communication is the third round; it is a virtual round. The interview is virtual, in which they ask about your work and your certificates.

It was a smooth interview process. I interviewed for the Axiom Developer position. The panel asked me questions based on my CV and projects. They also asked me a few scenario-based questions.
