Accenture is a brand name with good working conditions, salary, and learning and growth opportunities. Very nice management and a very flexible working environment with lots of onsite opportunities.
Hardly I can point out any pros for the higher levels. For ASEs, their career growth, satisfaction, and further life depend upon their luck.
Because at the ASE level, they don't have good reach within the organization.
Their choice of choosing their own streams doesn't matter at all.
