Good working environment.

We have a lot to learn.

One of the best cafeterias (moderately charged).

Cons

Your lead can make your life hell, especially for Associate Software Engineers.

There's no appreciation for talent and good work. You will get promoted only in their performance cycle of 1 year, irrespective of the work you do. Doing a good job might improve your rating, but it won't get you a promotion.

Politics are present in a lot of projects, related to project budget hampering appraisals and promotions.

There's an emphasis on completing work ASAP without looking for a better solution.

No steps are taken even when a lot of people resign every month for better opportunities.

There are 10 working hours, which is 1 hour more than normal.

There's an emphasis on sitting 10 hours on an office chair rather than the work you do.

Advice to Management

Give more emphasis on talent and quality of work rather than hours of work.

Senior management must at least find out the cause why so many people leave the company every month, since the employees need a good experience letter and so, they do not complain about the management.
