Very methodical organization, gives value to experience, and is very well-focused on people development. Transparent appraisal process and due weightage given to training.
Very strict about its values. Too much stress given on policies. Sometimes it takes days to get a simple job done. HR not too helpful at times.
You guys are doing a good job. Keep it up.
