It was not a good experience
The lower-rung people are really good to work with, and if you are lucky, you will find really supportive seniors.
The work culture was really bad, at least at Accenture Pune. We were made to work really long hours, and our efforts were barely acknowledged. We were made to work in excess of what we used to fill in our timesheets, without any compensation.
It would not hurt to treat lower-rung members like human beings instead of "resources".
