Pros
  1. A good training was provided to all ASEs for their respective streams.
  2. The working environment is good. As I am working from home, I don't know the office environment yet, but I still feel good working from home.
  3. Managers and colleagues are very supportive here.
  4. The company provided good compensation for the WFH setup and internet bills.
  5. Despite working from home, there are many extracurricular activities going on virtually where one can take part, which is one of the best things. For example, photography events, wildlife events, and other CSR activities.

There are many more pros.

Cons
  1. Working hours extend when you have so much work to do, which is hectic sometimes.

  2. As a fresher, many times I sit idle as there's no work for me, then suddenly the other day so much work comes.

  3. Although training is provided to ASEs, still improvement is required.

  4. Many of my friends are working 12-14 hours, which is not good for health. Although compensation is provided, still health comes first.

Some more minor cons are there.

Advice to Management

Management is quite good, which I have no doubt. However, they still need to focus on the working hours of employees. I can understand there is pressure from the client to do work on a given deadline, but I still feel health is more important.
