If you have already developed your skills and have experience from some other firm, it is a good company to join. You should be smart enough to choose your project.
Not good for freshers, as the management randomly puts them into different projects, including support projects, where they have to spend years and learn nothing.
Do not ruin the career of recent grads by binding them to one single project, and that to support or testing. Let them gain some implementation experience too.
