Cons

After you joined as ASE and clear your fundamental test, they assign a domain, which they say is done by considering the day you entered Accenture until the date you are assigned. This is total bull.

Then, after your domain training, there is no fixed time. It may take a day, a week, or even more than 6 months to assign you to a project.

Then, if you get lucky, maybe you get the project in your assigned domain, or maybe you will be assigned somewhere which has nothing to do with your domain.

As your role says Associate Software Engineer, which totally sounds technical, they can totally assign you to a non-tech role as support, even a service desk role.

Now, when you are assigned this role, you are not to question the ethicality or technicality of how and why you are assigned. You don't have a say in this, so there's no question; you really can't refuse it.

Let's say you refused. You will receive an email that you are flagged next day regarding your misconduct against company policy, which is your first strike. And they say you are to be resigned after your second strike, but the HR says otherwise. You are totally out on the first strike.
