It teaches you a lot of skills, from basic to advanced. You can enjoy the first 6 months of your job like you are in college, but you have to follow the rules.
Not good if you want a career in a specific field. Technology and streams are allocated randomly.
Streams should be given according to previous skills and experience rather than FCFS.
