Approachable management. Good atmosphere to work. Flexibility in work timings. Both-way cab and shuttle facilities. Excellent cafeteria. Decent hike.
Bad choice for who joins as a fresher with an Arts graduation. Policy for those level employees needs to be seriously taken care of. Those people will be working like team leaders but get a small perk of salary and recognition, while top-level employees get more.
- Limited technology exposure.
- Working environment depends on onshore and offshore team leaders and managers.
