Pros

There is a security within Accenture. If you don't perform well on a project, you can be allocated to another without the risk of being fired.

Cons

Very low salary. Depending on the project you end up on, there is high demand, pressure, and little tolerance for error. This is what happened to me while I was still a junior developer. The client interfered in Accenture's matters, such as requesting a medical certificate if you took sick leave. The client would track your clock-in and clock-out times. These are issues that Accenture should have blocked. If I am an employee, you are the one who deals with my bureaucratic work situations, not the client. Take care of your employees. I left, besides the low salary, because of the disorganization of the project I was on.

Advice to Management

Fiquem mais em cima dos projetos que vocês recebem. Tem muito desenvolvedor de anos de empresa que não aguenta certos clientes e pede para sair da firma. Tem muito cliente indo contra o que vocês pregam e vocês nem sabem.
