Hard to get on good projects. They throw you into work no one wants to do, especially at low levels. Horrible base pay for client delivery and little increase even with promotion. Annoying managers who tend to micromanage. Overwhelmingly large company; can feel lost. Unclear progression path.
Start listening to your employees.
Allow junior employees to give feedback on managers.
Stop false advertising. Most opportunities advertised are only available to senior people.
