Best in terms of projects, diverse culture, good salary and hikes. Lot of opportunities, lot of learning, and upskilling.
Discrimination in the name of Diversity. Female counterparts move up the ladder fast even if they underperform compared to their male counterparts.
Please revisit the forced diversity ratio of 50:50.
I have been with Accenture for more than 9 years, and in the recent past, many hard-working colleagues and friends have left the organization when they were not given deserved promotions.
Meanwhile, many of my female counterparts have received surprise promotions, even though they were not really aspiring for them.
If this is not addressed, I am sorry Accenture, I will find my way out too. This is not just for me; I also don't want to see any deserving male candidate missing out on well-deserved recognition just to make way for a diversity quota.
