Accenture is a company that lets actions speak louder than words when it comes to diversity, inclusion, and equality. Other companies could take a page from their book on how a positive and discrimination-free culture is created here.

Unfortunately, overtime has become the norm here. A 60-hour week is normal. This can negatively impact work-life balance and lead to exhaustion.

A particularly high level of travel is required at this company. This can negatively affect the compatibility of professional and private life and impact quality of life.

During my time at Accenture, I noticed a high employee turnover. Many colleagues were laid off and replaced by new employees. This gives the impression that mistakes are not seen as learning opportunities and that the feedback system may not be effective.

I had little influence over which projects I could take on. We were expected to accept assigned tasks, even if they did not align with our preferences.

Although training opportunities were promised, most of us had little time for them, and approval processes made it difficult to utilize them.

The workplace was characterized by high performance pressure. Many colleagues worked late into the night to cope with the workload. This led to a strenuous work environment and overload.
