Politics are very rampant, and there's no job stability because of PIP mishandling in Manila

Pros

High HMO coverage - because you work 10 hours plus, so if you get sick, they have something to provide you medically.

Cons

10 hours per day, then doesn't care if you work longer.

No work-life balance because they call you even on your vacation or rest days.

Mishandling of PIPs, which they do because they want to minimize the headcount for the business.

Not doing the proper process of coaching first, then PIP.

Forced to work 6 days a week without proper consent from their employees.

Management lies to their clients. They inform the employees not to tell the client that they are being shared. Sometimes one person handles 4 accounts, and if mistakes are made, they are scrutinized instead of looking at the big picture.

Advice to Management

Take care of your employees. Stop giving unfair PIPs to undeserving people.

Stop hiring incompetent people and promoting them because of their “visibility” on doing events but not customer related.
