Salary slightly above the average of other competitors.
Some company benefits are present (discounts and shopping vouchers).
Unpleasant environment. Competition within the team to obtain some kind of (internal) promotion. Working hours daily exceed standard working hours, and the overtime is clearly not paid. Furthermore, a large part of the time the overtime is not necessary if the work is managed competently. The extra hours are only for "appearing" to be working more than competitors and not for actually completing tasks.
Work is done in "body rental" mode, like all other consulting companies. However, during the interview/hiring phase, they lead the candidate to believe that the work is managed internally by the team. Every request, including those for vacation and leave, is deferred to the client.
For the first two years, you are bound by a non-compete agreement and are exploited to the fullest. After that, a good percentage leave the company, and mainly figures remain who, in turn, exploit the work of newcomers.
Finally, for these reasons, the company always prefers to hire new people rather than train those already in the company. There is a learning portal that allows access to very basic courses, which do not provide the necessary know-how for any specializations.
