  • Long working hours due to project quality issues.
  • If enrolled in a project that is beyond your capability, it can be frustrating.
Advice to Management

I think the company is suffering from two issues: too much inexperience coupled with a lack of quality training.

This leads to a negative feedback loop where too many inexperienced hires lead to quality issues and long working hours. The firm's reputation is harmed, leading to fewer business opportunities. This reduces revenue, resulting in below-average salaries, and experienced hires leave. The cycle then repeats.

I suggest starting with conducting more quality training. Not just more training, but quality ones. I attended a few, but most often the speaker lacked energy and simply repeated what was said on the slides. Moreover, the content was not comprehensive or relevant enough to everyone's daily problems. I suggest adding more application of knowledge to real-world business scenarios.
