Submitted a resume to AFS and had a phone screen the next day. Had two technical interviews with team members over the next week. A month later, I haven't heard a decision. It has been nearly impossible to get anything from the recruiter. I was told

3 interviews: HR, technical, manager. With questions about personality: Do you prefer to work in a team or alone? Do you have friends? How many hours can you stay in front of a PC? What is your dream mission?

The first two rounds were technical interviews, and the final round was a kind of managerial round with not many technical questions. Questions were asked around PySpark, Hive, SQL, and previous projects.
