Very good benefits. Sometimes you can get good teams and the time management is very well done. There are very cool people who will jump out for you.
Very low salary even up to level 11. They complain a lot about promoting you. You have to be lucky with projects or also complain to find a good one. You can encounter people who live to work, they don't see you as a person but as an asset, and they focus on the client and micromanage you a lot.
